Why is every price "starting at"?
Each tier ships with the modules we list, but communities differ — some owners want extra workflows, custom branding tiers, dedicated support, or higher API limits. Those are billed on top of the tier as add-on line items so you only pay for what you actually use.
Do I get a trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a free trial (the length is shown on each plan). You add a card when you create your community, but you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before then and you owe nothing.
When am I charged?
After your free trial ends. Monthly plans bill on the same day each month; annual plans bill once a year. You can switch between monthly and annual anytime from the billing portal.
Do you take a cut of member subscriptions?
Yes — Tomeer charges a small platform fee on member-to-owner subscriptions, event tickets, and gig orders. The percentages are visible on our Cancellation Policy page and on every Stripe checkout line item.
Can I switch tiers later?
Anytime. Upgrades pro-rate. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Module access flips immediately on the new tier.
What happens to my community if I downgrade?
Modules above the new tier go read-only — you keep the data; you just can't create new gigs / events / courses on a lower tier. Your members, posts, and chat history are untouched.
Do you support multiple communities?
One Tomeer account can own multiple communities. Each community has its own tier, branding, and billing.
